About this Camp:
| Bring Minecraft mobs to life � with the Lego Mindstorms Robotics Developer kit. We will start with a simple mechanism, and then move on to more ambitious creatures that move and walk. All these great robotic inventions are powered by the Micro Scout, the smallest LEGO microcomputer, equipped with light sensor, and 6 robotic programs to control our creations. Possible Models include: a 4 legged Spider, Wolf, Skeleton Biped, Dragon and more! We will experiment with robotic programs that avoid light, seek light, and are controlled by lights, and more. Students will get to take home 2 non-robotic Lego micro-figures. |

We offer research-proven technology and science summer day camps for
ages 3-14. We believe learning should be fun, innovative,
challenging and hands-on. Computer Explorers has over 200 camps
throughout Minnesota each summer. We offer 30 different classes/camp
in Video Game Design, Programming, Legos, Robotics, Engineering, and
Film Making. We have been offering computer technology camps and
classes in the Twin Cities for over 20 years, and
30 years nationally.
