Lego Engineering Summer Tech Camp Courses
Structural Engineering: Replica Bridges Camp
About this Camp:
Construct and design amazing structures using our K’Nex dynamic, open ended stigate and experiment with 4-6 types of bridges. Our course will cover real-life examples of the bridge types. Student in pairs will investigate how different bridge types hold their loads, and evaluate the strength and stability of each bridge type through experimentation. Possible models include: beam, truss, arch, cantilever bridges. Discover basic engineering principles while you try your hand at building the lightest K'NEX Bridge to hold the most weight. Then test your bridge to destruction using our Bridge Crusher. |
